bathroom shipping and returns policy



We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations – please email for a quotation.

Delivery is free to Uk and Ireland for all our bathroom products. Delivery is made to the ground floor of a building only. No responsibility can be taken for putting the bath “in situ” in a bathroom.

Delivery to all Ireland is estimated at two days while Uk Mainland is four days.

Before signing for delivery of goods, please ensure that you are satisfied with the items delivered as signing will constitute acceptance of the goods. If items have to be redelivered more than once, this will incur a charge. (Re delivery means that the courier has tried to deliver to the specified address but for no fault of their own the delivery was not executed).

We would advise that it is prudent to wait until your goods actually arrive before making a definite arrangement with your plumber.

We also strongly advise that you should only have the items installed by a professional plumber.

We cannot extend our guarantee to any item which has not been installed by a professional plumber.

Returns Policy:

The Distance Selling Regulations contain provisions for buying online which Bath Ireland complies with fully. We therefore allow a “cooling off period” that allows a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order 7 working days from the day on which they receive the goods.

Any returns must be packaged and undamaged in their original packing, and also in the same condition as received. Please note that the Return Shipping/postage fee is paid by you and that the initial delivery charge will not be refunded also a restocking fee will apply. (Your statutory rights are not affected).

Faulty items:

If an item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and you will be provided with instructions for returning the items to us.

When contacting us via email or post, please ensure that you specifiy the name of the product and your order number. You can obtain a return form for faulty products by emailing this information to

The item returned must be complete, unused and in new condition. Please make sure when you examine the item you have done so without damaging or marking the product in anyway.Please send a photo of the damaged item with your return form so we can proceed to replace the faulty item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
